About this role
Responsibilities:
- Assist with processing field experience applications
- Continue building the field experience site database
- Help with generating contracts and dissertation process for Ph.D students
- Maintain a list of adjunct instructors' information
- Upload dissertation and other forms to the shared drive
- Update syllabus depot
- Filing (digital), printing, and copying
- Assist faculty with obtaining desk-copies
- Assist with department Course schedule
- Assist with ensuring textbooks are properly updated in online bookstore
- Respond via phone and email to student field experience questions
- Create fillable PDF documents
Requirements:
- Must be responsible, with the ability to complete tasks without supervision
- Experience in an office environment preferred
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- Must be available 20 hours per week between 9 am - 5 pm, Monday-Friday

Salary: $12.77 per hour
