Introduction:

The job involves process integration and device development for high voltage BCD processes. The candidate should have good understanding of CMOS/HV process schemes and device physics. Exposure to high voltage device development will be an added advantage. The candidate should also have a good understanding of design of experiment for process development. Good communication skills and teamwork are essential to this job.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute engineering splits on development lots
  • Device testing and report generation
  • Work with failure analysis and reliability testing teams on process/reliability issues
  • Own lots while learning the HV specific process/device development.
  • Support high voltage test structure layout, device optimization.

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Degree/master’s in Electrical Engineering/Physics/Material Science
  • 2-3 years of process integration / technology development experience
  • Good understanding of CMOS/HV process schemes and device physics.
