What you'll do
• Support the manufacture and assembly of advanced aerospace components
• Work with composite materials, tools and equipment to complete production tasks
• Follow engineering drawings, work instructions and quality standards
• Help ensure products meet the high standards required by the aerospace industry
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment
• Work closely with experienced team members to learn new skills and develop your expertise
• Support the production of components used in leading aerospace and defense programs
• Contribute to a team culture focused on safety, quality and continuous improvement
What we're looking for
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen) per ITAR regulations to comply with export control requirements
Physical requirements
This role involves standing, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods. Candidates should be able to lift and carry materials weighing up to 35 lbs and work safely in a manufacturing environment using appropriate personal protective equipment.
