Savoury Application Intern - Your future position?

Location: 1 Woodlands Avenue 8

Main Responsibilities

• Support seasoning creators to prepare seasoning samples as requested for customer briefs and application needs, QC standards, physical testing, etc
• Maintain an organized and updated stock of raw materials in the laboratory
• Maintain an organized collection of seasonings in the lab for immediate response to briefs and application requests
• Maintain a clean laboratory environment following EH&S policies and good laboratory practices
• Participate in the evaluation of seasonings in food products and provide seasoning performance feedback

Main Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Chemistry
• Must be able to consume non-Halal products
• Must be taking up internship as a credit bearing initiative/requirement from the school
• Able to commit full time from January till May/June 2027
