Continuous Improvement Intern – Your future position?

Reporting to: CI Specialist

Working location: 1 Woodlands Avenue 8

Main Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Analysis – Gather site operational data and visualize proces flow to assist in data analysis and identifying opportunity for improvement.
• Digitalization and Automation – Adopt and implement newly introduced application and AI software at site.
• Support CI Projects – Assist CI specialists or other project leads in implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives.
• Monitoring Impact – Track improvement results (e.g., time savings, quality metrics) and report findings to stakeholders.
• Participate in CI Workshops – Assist in coordinating and attend continuous improvement workshops; support idea generation and sustain initiatives.
• Cross Functional Collaboration – Work with various departments like production, supply chain, quality and engineering to gather improvement feedback and promote best practices.
• Administrative & Reporting Support – Assist in maintaining CI documentation and prepare presentations/report for ongoing CI reviews.

Main Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering
