Based in Sulawesi - Indonesia, you will report directly to the Sourcing Leader, working directly with farmers and distillers to support sourcing activities in the field. You will help build a sustainable and reliable supply network while ensuring quality and compliance with our standards.
You will offer hands-on exposure to sourcing operations, field engagement, and sustainability programs in rural environments.
Your role includes:
- Selecting and qualifying farmers and distillers to develop a reliable sourcing network.
- Develop and implement buying strategies and conducting negotiations in the field.
- Manage relationships, contracts, quality, and issue resolution at site level.
- Provide accurate field information to support decisions.
- Support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects in sourcing locations.
- Conduct sustainability and biodiversity assessments in the field.

Your professional profile includes:
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Forestry, Soil Management, Chemistry, or Agricultural Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sourcing, agronomy, or farm-related development programs.
- Experience in sourcing, project coordination, or contract farming.
- Openness to digital tools.
- Intermediate level of English.
- We base this position in Sulawesi and require you to travel in rural areas.
- Having driver liscence (SIMA A).
