You will ensure that Givaudan’s packaging solutions are compliant, technically safe, scalable, and aligned with business, regulatory, quality, sustainability, and customer requirements.
As a key interface between multiple teams - including Packaging Engineering, Regulatory, Quality, EHS, Sustainability, Procurement, Supply Chain, Customer Care, and Commercial - you will also collaborate with suppliers to support packaging governance, technical decision-making, packaging transitions, and customer communications.
In This Exciting Role, You Will:
Packaging Compliance Hub Leadership
Lead the Packaging Compliance Hub, ensuring regulatory monitoring, impact assessments, governance, documentation, and global alignment.
Translate packaging regulations into actionable technical and business measures.
Centralize, update, and manage the digitalization of the Packaging Passport framework.
Global Packaging Engineering Support
Provide technical packaging expertise across design, material selection, supplier qualification, validation, standardization, and packaging performance.
Coordinate, centralize, and maintain updates to the global packaging database.
Customer Query Management
Address/optimize customer packaging-related queries, technical information, regulatory questions, and change communications.
Optimize customer interaction processes through digitalization.
Change & Supplier Transition Support
Assist regional packaging stakeholders in managing packaging introduction and transition processes to ensure business continuity and compliance excellence.
Identify, share, and train teams on best practices and technical packaging guidelines.
Your Professional Profile Includes:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Packaging is required
Master’s degree in Engineering is an advantage
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a global industrial business environment, with proven ability to manage cross-functional projects.
Strong technical knowledge related to packaging.
Solid understanding of packaging-related regulations (Quality, Sustainability, EHS, etc.).
Experience in project and change management
Continuous improvement mindset.
