Who we are looking for
A detail-oriented and service-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys coordinating between multiple stakeholders, and takes ownership of administrative and operational processes.
What you will do
- Coordinate divisional activities, including meetings, calendars, and cross-team communication across R&D and HR
- Support senior stakeholders and leadership with administrative and operational needs, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution
- Manage administrative processes such as PRs, POs, and MIGO, and maintain accurate documentation and data
- Lead logistical aspects of departmental activities, including travel arrangements, events, off-sites, and training sessions
- Work closely with multiple interfaces (HR, Finance, Facilities, vendors) to ensure efficient operations and alignment
- Support ongoing projects and initiatives at the division level
Requirements
- Experience in high-level administrative work – an advantage
- BA degree (Business administration or Industrial Eng. is a plus)
- High level of English (speak, read, and write).
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
- Full-time job, willing to work on unusual hours.
