Event Marketing Manager
About this role
We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Marketing Manager to be a driving force behind planning, executing, and optimizing Genspark’s events across global markets. You’ll play a key role in managing Genspark’s presence at both large-scale technology, such as NVIDIA GTC, Tech Weeks, and Microsoft Ignite, as well as smaller community-driven meetups, webinars, and regional programs that strengthen Genspark’s global brand presence and engagement.

What you'll do
Drive the planning, coordination, and execution of event marketing programs, including large-scale conferences, executive dinners, workshops, panels, and small community events
Manage event logistics from pre-event planning to post-event follow-up, ensuring seamless coordination with vendors, partners, and internal teams
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop event messaging, materials, and engagement strategies
Lead event operations and on-site execution to ensure high-quality brand representation and attendee experience
Manage event-related budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure efficient execution
Support virtual event initiatives and webinars as needed to reach broader audiences
Track and report event ROI and impact
Support regional and international event execution as needed
Who we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
4+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or experiential marketing, preferably in the technology or B2B SaaS sector
Strong project management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end event processes, including planning, logistics, execution, and reporting
Familiarity with global event sponsorship and partnership processes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and externally with partners
Strong financial management skills, negotiation experience a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with a proactive mindset
Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally for events (up to 20-30%)
Experience with webinars and/or social media also a plus!
