Job Description

Responsibilities: Evaluate and analyze commercial lease agreements and loan applications to ensure accuracy, compliance, and financial viability. Conduct market research on property values, rental trends, and investment opportunities to support decision-making. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and financial institutions to drive business growth. Negotiate lease and loan terms to secure favorable conditions for both clients and the organization. Track and monitor lease expirations, rental payments, and loan repayment schedules to maintain portfolio health. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure contract adherence and risk management. Provide specialist insights on leasing practices, lending strategies, and emerging market trends to inform business strategy.
