Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee Sales Operations!
About the role
At Genpact we partner with leading technology and SaaS organizations to run and transform their revenue operations. In this role you will support core Sales Operations activities by enabling accurate forecasting disciplined deal execution and data-driven decision-making.
You will act as an operations partner to sales and commercial teams supporting forecasting rigor pipeline health deal execution and continuous improvement initiatives across sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecast rollups and pipeline inspections with sales stakeholders

• Aligned to several Americas regions and territories, the Deal Operations Specialist will support the forecasting process and advise the sales force in a variety of sales transactions.
• Analyze and review current customer licensing, products and usage and identify new revenue opportunities
• Review Quotes and Order Forms for accuracy and completeness
  • Analyze customer contracts pricing and licensing to support revenue growth
• Suggest creative pricing and payment solutions balancing customer need and pricing policies.
  • Support channel and alliance sales operations including partner deal support
  • Ensure compliance with pricing policies data governance and internal controls
  • Collaborate with Finance Legal and RevOps teams on deal execution
  Qualifications we seek in you!
  Minimum Qualifications
  • Good years of relevant experience in Sales Operations Partner Operations or Revenue Operations
  • Hands-on experience supporting SaaS platforms such as ServiceNow Salesforce Oracle NetApp or similar products
  • Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:

>Experience in Quote to cash cycle , understands basic pricing for cloud products

>Experience in Quoting and submission for booking
