Full Charge Bookkeeper

Job Summary: Genesis Global Group (GGG) is a consortium of entities and institutes in the fields of molecular biology, medicinal chemistry, and biotechnology. We are looking for a full charge bookkeeper to join our rapid growing team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, must be organize and multi-tasking, have ability to reconcile account, prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets.

 

Essential Functions:

 

• Process accounts receivable and payable for all departments
• Input invoices and process payments
• Record day to day financial transaction and complete posting process
• Reconcile monthly expense reports
• Reconcile bank statements for all departments and companies
• Monthly Owner distribution reconciliation
• Maintain various Excel files
• Assist with preparing financial statements and report on variances
• Other projects as assigned

 

Job Qualifications:

 

• Strong Microsoft Office skills required.
• Knowledge of Sage 100 & 1099s Filing is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with multi-tasking skills.
• Strong team player
• Strong interpersonal skills.
