Responsibilities

We are happy to announce the partnership with the Dartmouth Health Apprenticeship Program, which was designed to create a sustainable pipeline of Licensed Nursing Assistants - LNAs through apprenticeship positions.  These paid positions offer structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience while students complete the requirements necessary to become certified LNAs.

Unlike a traditional nursing center-based staffing model, apprentices hired through this program will be employed with the understanding that they will support multiple nursing centers located nearby vs. a single nursing center. This will provide for a more diverse learning experience with different environments, leadership teams, patient populations, and care delivery practices all of which will help accelerate development and confidence as caregivers.

Qualifications

Must obtain certification from a state approved certified nursing assistant program within four months of nurse aide training completion.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors to respond to medical and physical needs.

Posted Salary Range

USD $18.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr.
