Pramac is looking for a Product & Regulatory Compliance Intern to support the Product & Regulatory Compliance team in ensuring that products and related processes meet applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.

Working closely with Engineering, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement and other business functions, the intern will contribute to compliance activities across an international industrial environment, gaining exposure to product regulations, technical documentation and market access requirements.

This internship represents an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or undergraduate student interested in developing a career in product compliance, regulatory affairs or engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Product & Regulatory Compliance team in managing product compliance activities across Pramac's product portfolio.
  • Assist in the preparation, review and maintenance of technical documentation, declarations of conformity, certificates, technical files and compliance records.
  • Support CE marking and conformity assessment activities, ensuring compliance with applicable European and international regulations and standards.
  • Contribute to compliance activities related to machinery, electrical equipment, batteries and other industrial products.
  • Assist in collecting, reviewing and maintaining supplier declarations and documentation related to REACH, RoHS, Battery Regulation and other material compliance requirements.
  • Support the monitoring of regulatory developments and help assess their potential impact on products, processes and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain and Product Management teams to gather and validate compliance-related information.
  • Assist in maintaining regulatory registers, compliance trackers and reporting tools.
  • Support activities related to environmental compliance, including WEEE, recycling and end-of-life product requirements.
  • Contribute to compliance projects involving battery passport, traceability, sustainability and product information requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of compliance reports, presentations and training materials for internal stakeholders.
  • Support internal and external audits, certification activities and the management of compliance documentation.

Requirements & Skills

  • Degree in Engineering or a scientific/technical field.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Strong interest in regulatory compliance, engineering and industrial products.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment.
  • Previous experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, product certification, quality, engineering or related technical areas is considered an advantage but is not required.
  • Previous exposure to power generation, energy storage, batteries, machinery, electrical equipment, automotive or other industrial sectors would be a plus.
  • Experience within an international or manufacturing organisation would be beneficial but is not essential.
