Your Role
You will be a member of our Shanghai Compliance team providing quality compliance administrative support to help achieve the team’s daily business requirements. This role will provide you with opportunities to acquire and grow technical knowledge and skills in the reinsurance industry.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research
- Draft, review and translate contracts, policies and other documents
- Perform reporting systems maintenance
- Assist with administrative work and other tasks assigned by team leader
Your Profile
- Third-year college student or above majoring in Law (legal profession qualification certificate holder is preferred)
- Internship/working experience in law firms or compliance function of financial institutions is an added advantage
- Proficient in both Mandarin and English as there is a need to review and translate documents in these languages
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
- Availability for full-time work or a minimum commitment of three days per week is preferred.
