What We Expect from You?
- Partner with the Country Head to define and deliver strategic priorities.
Turn strategy into execution roadmaps, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
- Drive high-impact projects—market entry, partnerships, and transformation.
- Build business cases, insights, and leadership dashboards.
- Strengthen GEDU’s market position through partnerships and growth initiatives.
- For High Performers this role could be a launch pad for a global career within Gedu's worldwide offices.
What Experience You Will Bring to the Role?
- 5–7 years in strategy, consulting, or transformation roles
- MBA from Top Tier B-Schools in India.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and execution skills
- Understanding of education sector, GTM, and growth strategy
- Ability to thrive in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment
