We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Microsoft Power Automate Developer to design, build, and optimize automation solutions across business functions. If you excel in creating scalable Power Automate workflows, integrating complex systems, and translating business needs into impactful automation solutions, this role offers an excellent opportunity to drive efficiency and digital transformation.

What We Expect from You

  • Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end Power Automate workflows to automate and enhance business processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical automation solutions.
  • Build complex flows, advanced expressions, and custom connectors to extend Power Automate capabilities.
  • Integrate Power Automate solutions with systems such as SQL Server, Power Apps, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and external APIs.
  • Troubleshoot workflow issues, optimize performance, and ensure reliability and scalability.
  • Partner with Power Apps and Power BI teams to deliver cohesive Power Platform solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, version control, documentation, and structured development methodologies.
  • Provide mentorship and technical support to junior developers in automation design, development, and governance.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing workflows for efficiency, performance, and security.
  • Stay updated with the latest features, updates, and best practices across the Microsoft Power Platform.

 

What You Should Bring

  • 3+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
  • Advanced expertise in building complex flows, custom connectors, and workflow logic.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and JSON manipulation.
  • Hands‑on experience integrating REST/SOAP APIs, SQL Server, and external systems with Power Automate.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 integrations including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Dynamics 365.
  • Proven ability to diagnose issues, troubleshoot performance problems, and optimize automation workflows.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in BTech, MCA, or a related technical discipline (mandatory).
