Junior Data Analyst – Sales Coordinator (MEA & CIS)

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Junior Data Analyst – Sales Coordinator for MEA & CIS to support our Business Development teams based in Noida. This role will be responsible for sales coordination, business reporting, pipeline management, and performance analytics across the MEA & CIS markets.
The successful candidate will work closely with Regional Managers, Business Development Managers, Admissions, Conversion, and Operations teams to provide data-driven insights, improve operational efficiency, and support the achievement of student enrolment targets across partner institutions.
What Will You Do? 1. Sales Coordination & Business Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports for the MEA & CIS markets.
- Track recruitment performance, including leads, applications, offers, deposits, visas, and enrolments.
- Maintain dashboards for Regional Managers and senior leadership.
- Monitor business performance against monthly and annual recruitment targets.
2. Pipeline Management & Business Analytics
- Track the complete recruitment funnel from Lead to Enrolment.
- Analyse pipeline health and identify bottlenecks impacting conversions.
- Generate intake forecasts using historical trends and pipeline data.

- Country
- Recruitment Partner/Agent
- Regional Manager
- Business Development Manager
- Intake
- Conversion Stage
3. Sales Performance & KPI Tracking
- Monitor Business Development Managers' performance against agreed KPIs.
- Analyse agent productivity, conversion rates, and enrolment performance.
- Identify business opportunities, risks, and areas requiring intervention.
- Share actionable insights to improve recruitment performance and business growth.
4. CRM & Data Governance
- Ensure CRM data accuracy, completeness, and reporting integrity.
- Support Business Development teams with CRM-related queries and issue resolution.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain high data quality standards.
- Improve reporting processes and dashboard accuracy.
5. Sales Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with Regional Managers to collect pipeline updates and recruitment forecasts.
- Prepare presentations and reports for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
- Follow up on pending actions and support execution of recruitment initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities across MEA & CIS.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Ensure seamless collaboration to support student recruitment and operational excellence.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, and Dashboards.
- Experience with CRM systems and business reporting.
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.
- Understanding of international student recruitment and B2B sales operations.
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years in Data Analysis, Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in:
- International Education / Student Recruitment — preferred
- B2B Sales Support
- Multi-country sales or recruitment operations
- CRM reporting and business analytics
