About this role
Responsibilities / Tasks
- Create, execute, and sustain a functional scheduling management system together with the Project Directors / Project Managers.
- Manage multiple project schedules simultaneously.
- Establish baseline schedules: durations, critical path, and resources.
- Connector with the Design Department, the Procurement Department, the Construction Department and the Workshop to continuously update any time changes.
- Monitoring project schedule actual progress vs contractual milestones and support Project Manager and Contract Manager identifying risks and opportunities.
- Perform earned value analysis reports and establish a detailed work breakdown equipment structures when applied.
- Perform time impact analyses (TIA) to determine the extent of the impacts of potential delays and provide recommendations for schedule recovery.
- Building an effective dialogue with other team members to detect potential concerns or blockages.
- Participate in project meetings about contractual time changes by customers and suppliers.
- Contribute to the creation of final project reports and summarization of lessons learned with feedback to the organization.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Business Administration or other related field OR 5 years of experience in a professional setting.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project planner role.
- Understanding of challenges in project phases (engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning).
- Exposure to manufacturing/service operations.
- Proficiency with MS Project or other related scheduling software.
- The ability to articulate clearly, either verbally or through writing.
- The ability to evaluate and rank tasks based on urgency and importance to project deadlines.
