[Roles and Responsibilities]

In this role, the Service Commercial Leader - Imaging is responsible for leading Korea Imaging Service Sales execution across assigned territories and key accounts. This role drives MSA retention, renewal, capture rate improvement, lifecycle solution growth, and customer engagement across the Imaging installed base.

The Service Commercial Leader - Imaging will provide leadership and coaching to Imaging Service Account Leaders and Managers, strengthen field execution discipline, and collaborate closely with Equipment Sales, Service Delivery, OTR, Finance, and Service Growth teams. This role acts as the key field commercial leader for Imaging Service business, converting Korea Service growth strategies into customer-level opportunities and sustainable business outcomes.

[Key responsibilities/essential functions include (but not limited to)]

  • Lead Korea Service Growth strategy across MSA, ODS, O&U, Digital, and Lifecycle Solutions.
  • Develop and execute growth initiatives aligned with AKA and Global priorities.
  • Own the Korea Service commercial operating rhythm, including forecasting, pipeline governance, backlog execution, and revenue pacing.
  • Drive business performance through KPI management, operational reviews, and corrective actions.
  • Lead portfolio growth by expanding lifecycle solution adoption and improving capture rates across the installed base.
  • Act as Contract Reviewer and ensure compliance with pricing, profitability, and commercial governance requirements.
  • Partner with Equipment Sales, Service Delivery, Finance, OTR, and Marketing teams to drive business growth and operational excellence.
  • Develop customer segmentation, installed base strategies, and lifecycle growth programs.
  • Support strategic customer engagements and strengthen executive-level customer relationships.
  • Build and leverage KOL networks, reference sites, and customer advocacy programs to accelerate market adoption.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Service Growth team while building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.
  • Represent Korea Service Growth & Commercial Operations in AKA and Global forums while influencing regional initiatives and best-practice sharing..

Contribute to account plans at accounts covered by account managers/executives. Educates account team members on their solutions/services strategy and offerings. Collaborate with and leverage subject matter experts and other resources within GEHC channels to build relationships and secure business. Share and follow-up identified leads to other product lines within own accounts and or One GEHC accounts

[Qualifications/Requirements]

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare service, service sales, commercial operations, lifecycle solutions, or a related medical technology field.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading people, coaching teams, and managing performance.
  • Strong understanding of the Service business, including service contracts, installed-base management, MSA, ODS, O&U, Digital, and lifecycle solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, backlog conversion, revenue pacing, contract review, and business governance.
  • Proven ability to develop business strategy and translate it into executable programs and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including understanding of Orders, Revenue, Margin, profitability, and business risk.
  • Ability to lead effectively in a matrix organization and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Experience collaborating with Equipment Sales, Service Delivery, Finance, OTR, Marketing, Clinical, and regional teams.
  • Ability to synthesize complex business issues and communicate clear priorities and action plans.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English.
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required.
  • Extensive experience within a healthcare Service organization, with broad knowledge of Service operations and commercial processes.
  • Experience managing lifecycle portfolios or recurring-revenue businesses.
  • Experience leading commercial transformation, process improvement, or operational excellence initiatives.
  • Proven track record of driving profitable growth through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience working with regional or global teams in a multicultural matrix environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and develop future leaders.
