Shift Available:
6:00PM - 1:30AM
Essential Duties:
- Clean floors by sweeping mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
- Strip/wax floors, carpet extraction, carpet spot removal
- Use floor cleaning equipment as needed (i.e. buffer, walk behind, spot-carpet cleaner).
- Expertise of use and care for Tennant Rife on equipment T-7 . M-17 and M20 ride on scrubbers
- General cleaning of buildings, keeping it maintained and in good condition.
- Empty wastebaskets and take other trash to disposal areas.
- Sanitize restrooms and fill dispensers.
- Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Spot clean glass partitions, window blinds and mirrors.
- Dust furniture, walls, woodwork, window stills, equipment and other assigned areas.
- Mix cleaning solutions according to specifications.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
- Perform other duties and tasks assigned by supervision.
Qualifications:
- Experience preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to show judgment and to work independently.
- High integrity required.
