HRIS & Payroll Specialist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for HRIS data maintenance and corresponding data audit.
- Responsible for monthly payroll processing and related reports.
- Work as system admin to provide service to all China sites.
- System problem solving and debug with IT and vendor if necessary.
- System testing for any change requests or new projects.
- Participate in the implementation and improvement of HRIS, involved in specific projects.
- Answer employees’ concerns regarding C&B, SSC etc.
- Continuously improvement to improve efficiency & employee’s satisfaction.
- Other tasks assigned by leaders.

- Requires expanded knowledge and experience in own area; incumbents are still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills
- Requires expanded conceptual knowledge in own area of expertise while developing additional skill sets
Supervisory Responsibilities
- None
- No supervisory responsibilities but may provide guidance to new associates
Requirements and Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Statistics, or other relevant subject;
- Good Microsoft skills especially mastery of Excel;
- Service oriented and attention to details & accuracy;
- Patient and initiative, responsible for work;
- Good command of English.
- SSC service experience and IT knowledge would be beneficial;
