Build a reusable data pipeline and dashboard to collect and visualize post-test results from VNT validation programs (gas stand, endurance, and teardown data).
Standardize data across all turbocharger frame sizes, harmonizing formats, units, and key parameters.
Develop analytical methods to identify recurring wear and sticking patterns in VNT mechanisms.
Correlate results with influencing factors such as materials, coatings, operating temperature, and actuation characteristics.
Prepare visual reports summarizing probable root causes and support engineering reviews for future design and process improvements.
DESIRABLE BACKGROUND
Student in the final year of Mechanical, Automotive, or Data Engineering (Master’s level preferred).
Interest in turbomachinery, durability testing, or data analysis for mechanical systems.
Experience with data analysis tools such as Python (pandas, matplotlib, scikit-learn) or MATLAB for test result evaluation.
Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, or data-visualization tools is an advantage.
Good communication skills in written and spoken English (technical level).
Duration: minimum 6 months.
