About the Role

This role is a part of the Strategy & Governance team within the Global Technology Organization (GTS). This team is responsible for defining and evolving our overall technology strategy, for identifying organic and inorganic growth opportunities where we can create structural advantage, and for preparing and supporting our C-Level executives for key stakeholder meetings. In this role, you will work closely with the CIO, Product, & Data Office to drive priorities for our brand & function partners. You will be integral to defining strategy and roadmap across the GTS organization through rigorous analyses, focus on customers, creative thinking, and deep partnership with the business; and you will drive critical projects to advance our priorities, growth and long-range plans.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Technology company planning process through Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long Range Planning (LRP).

  • Responsible for driving strategic projects across GTS subfunctions – Data, Architecture, Engineering, Security (AI strategy, Data platform strategy, PCI strategy).

  • Articulate clear and compelling storylines that drive action; Structure and monitor the work of multiple groups and projects.

  • Identify and deconstruct business issues and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to evaluate strategies.

  • Build cross functional partnerships and consensus and support cross functional business partners with analytical insights and problem solving.

  • Conduct market & competitive landscape research to develop synthesized recommendations.

Who You Are

  • Demonstrated consulting and corporate strategy experience for 12+ years with deep knowledge of apparel, retail, customer and digital. Experience with a product company preferred.

  • Ability to engage and effectively work with SVP level leaders independently.

  • Demonstrated track record as an outstanding problem solver and strategic thinker with the ability to quickly identify key issues and develop hypotheses.

  • Able to translate complex ideas and dispersed information into simple, actionable strategic storylines.

  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to collect, organize and analyze large / complex data sets efficiently and effectively.

  • Ability to work effectively with senior executives; Strong communications and presentation skills.

  • Desire and ability to work in a matrixed organization.
