Senior Game Developer
About this role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Game Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in game development, problem-solving abilities, and experience building high-quality, scalable games. You will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining game features while collaborating with designers, artists, and other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize gameplay features and systems.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with game designers, artists, and product teams to bring game concepts to life.
- Develop and implement game mechanics, UI systems, animations, and integrations.
- Debug, test, and optimize games for performance and stability.
- Identify technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Review code, mentor junior developers, and contribute to improving development practices.
- Integrate third-party SDKs, APIs, analytics, and monetization features.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging game technologies.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in game development.
- Strong experience with game engines such as Unity
- Strong programming skills in C# (Unity)
- Experience developing and launching mobile games.
- Solid understanding of gameplay programming, OOP concepts, and software architecture.
- Experience with optimization, debugging, and performance profiling.
- Familiarity with game monetization, ads, and analytics integration is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with multiplayer/networking systems.
- Knowledge of game design principles and player experience.
- Experience working on live games and implementing updates.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
