How you'll make an impact
Responsibilities:
- Review and process certificate requests in CSR24 in accordance with established procedures and service standards.
- Verify each request against the relevant insurance contract, policy schedule, and policy wording to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and issue new certificates, renewals, and amendments following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct thorough quality checks before issuance to ensure certificates are accurate, complete, and error-free.
- Escalate unclear requests, discrepancies, or exceptions to onshore Client Service Managers for clarification and approval.
- Ensure certificates accurately reflect client insurance requirements and policy coverage.
- Manage a high volume of certificate requests while maintaining service levels and turnaround times.
- Prioritize and track multiple requests simultaneously to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy when handling complex and time-sensitive tasks.
- Communicate effectively with onshore teams through email to obtain approvals, resolve queries, and provide updates.
- Adhere to compliance, regulatory, and internal quality standards during certificate processing.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiency within the team.
- Work in US shift timings to provide support for US-based clients and stakeholders.
About you
Qualifications:
- Experience working with US Certificates of Insurance.
- Experience using CSR24. EPIC knowledge would also help.
- An understanding of US Property and Casualty insurance policies.
- Careful attention to detail. You check your work before it goes out.
- Clear email skills. You can ask for clarification and approvals when needed.
- The ability to manage high volumes and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work US hours, including 6pm to 3am and 9pm to 6am shifts.
- A steady approach to following SOPs and client instructions closely.
