Overview

Gallagher Center of Excellence is seeking to hire a Technical lead for GGB India vertical. As the GGB India vertical, you will be responsible to manage various processes like employee benefits process for direct clients per IRDAI guidelines. You will lead a team and ensure the smooth and efficient transition & delivery of various shared services functions to internal stakeholders. Your role will involve driving billed and unbilled revenue reconciliation. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus within the shared services team. You will be interacting with the team who are present in PAN India. Exposure to excel and its formula is a definite plus.  


How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities

  • Manage & enhance Endorsement process, validate New/Renewal & mid-term additions/deletions and perform checks on weekly basis.
  • Perform regular audits, endt booking, resolving discrepancies, establish clear guidance for pendency clearance, always ensure compliance per IRDAI standards.
  • Create, verify, and issue active dump, QTR reconciliation, CD statement; coordinate with Brokers, RMs, Insurers, TPAs & clients for timely add/del, payments, and maintain organized pendency records.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to endorsement booking processes for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, communicate with clients, work with underwriters, and liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
  • Assist in preparing renewal MIS reports, analyze gaps in CD replenishment & reconciliation with necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate closely with brokers to ensure smooth processing of all transactions, maintaining clear communication and addressing issues promptly.
  • Ability to think critically and make sound judgments based on the evidence presented.

About you

Qualifications

  • Education
    • Minimum Required Degree: Graduate.
    • Preferred Degree: Graduate in Finance/Accounting or Postgraduate with any Specialization.

  • Experience
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quality Analysis in Insurance domain & reconciliation process.

  • Certifications
    • Insurance Certification will be an additional advantage.

  • Technical Skills
    • Holds Technical Expertise in MS Excel, including basic and advanced formulas for reporting purposes.

    • Process Understanding: Understanding of best practices in business processes and quality assurance.
