EM Benefits has an exciting career opportunity for an Existing Business Coordinator. The Existing Business Coordinator will assist in maintaining broker relations by servicing existing business accounts in a team environment. This individual will also process eligibility changes, assist with billing inquiries, assist with claim inquiries, etc.. Provide customer service to clients, brokers, and marketing representatives.

EM Benefits has an exciting career opportunity for an Existing Business Coordinator. The Existing Business Coordinator will assist in maintaining broker relations by servicing existing business accounts in a team environment. This individual will also process eligibility changes, assist with billing inquiries, assist with claim inquiries, etc.. Provide customer service to clients, brokers, and marketing representatives.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience preferred.
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
- General data entry skills required.
- Life & Health License preferred (or ability to obtain).
- Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Office or similar software, including spreadsheet and presentation software required.
- Insurance background preferred.
- Excellent phone personality and ability to deal with people.
- Ability to compose clear and concise letters is required.
