Responsibilities:
- Professionals in this group are responsible for handling MIS and various reporting related to management.
- Incumbents at this level are intermediate Para-Professional with basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education.
- They may have little experience but may not have a professional qualification.
- They follow standard procedures and are responsible for perform basic routine based tasks in defined parameters but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures.
- They work under moderate supervision and communicate information that requires moderate interpretation.

Qualifications:
- Typically requires a High School education or equivalent and minimum of 3 years of experience.
