About this role
- Support the opening and closing procedures of the School according to established schedules.
- Monitor student access and attendance registration processes.
- Welcome students, staff, visitors, and external guests, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Coordinate visitor access procedures and communicate arrivals to the relevant departments.
- Maintain reception and student-facing areas in an organized and professional manner.
- Support the management of suppliers and external service providers in collaboration with the Facilities team.
- Act as the primary contact point for students through phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
- Provide accurate, timely, and professional information regarding academic and administrative services.
- Handle and route inquiries to the appropriate departments, ensuring effective follow-up.
- Deliver first-level support and contribute to high levels of student satisfaction.
- Assist in monitoring student feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Support students enrolled in short courses and specialized programs.
- Manage incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, mail, and institutional communications.
- Support the maintenance and updating of student information across institutional systems and digital platforms.
- Contribute to communications on school-managed student channels and communities.
- Assist departments in organizing meetings, appointments, and student-related activities.
- Support the coordination of internal and external events, guest visits, and appointments.
- Assist with room bookings and logistical arrangements, including catering, transportation, and related services.
- Provide administrative support to faculty and departments, including document distribution, certificate issuance, information sharing, material collection, and student feedback activities.
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, student services, or a similar support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving with the aim of supporting students and creating an outstanding campus experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and international environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
- Fluency in English and Italian
