Intern summary
To gain practical experience in sales support within an international environment, developing organizational, communication and problem-solving skills while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The internship provides hands-on exposure to agency management, onboarding process, event coordination and admnistrative activities.
Learning activities:
Support the Sales team with day-to-day activities (e.g. managing new agencies’ tickets…)
Verify invoices in collaboration with the Finance Department
Support the onboarding of the new agencies including following up with students.
Assist the organization of online events for new agencies (webinars) providing logistical support by Zoom and/or Teams.
Support the logistics and organization of Visiting Professor’s business trips.
Education and skills
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Management
Highly proficiency in both spoken and written English. The knowledge of a second foreign language is considered as a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Knowledge of the Office Package with good understanding of Excel and PowerPoint
Data-driven mindset and accuracy in managing and analyzing data
High attention to details, organized and methodical attitude, and problem-solving skills
Proactive approach and team-working attitude
Willingness to learn and high confidential manners
Interests in Higher Education, Fashion, Design and Art are highly desirable
Internship: 6 months
Monthly allowance: € 900,00
2 days - remote working
38 hours per week (Friday until 4.00 pm)
