HR Officer (Part Time) - Riyadh
About this role
The HR Officer supports the day-to-day HR operations of Istituto Marangoni Riyadh, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor law and internal policies.
The role focuses on payroll and personnel administration, employment contract management, HRIS maintenance, and recruitment support for academic and professional staff.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Personnel Administration
Support monthly payroll activities by collecting and validating attendance, leave, and employee data.
Manage the payroll system (ZenHR) and maintain accurate personnel records.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Contracts Management
Prepare, amend, and renew employment contracts for staff and faculty.
Ensure employee documentation is complete and compliant with Saudi regulations.
Monitor contract deadlines and support renewal processes.
Manage local portal system (QIWA).
HRIS Administration
Maintain and update employee records within HR systems.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Generate HR reports as required.
Recruitment Support
Assist with job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities.
Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, personnel administration, payroll, or recruitment.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law (KSA) and HR administration processes.
Familiarity with payroll (ZenHR), employment contracts (QIWA), and HR operations.
Experience with HRIS platforms and HR data management.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
