Description :
ESGRH, école spécialisée en Ressources Humaines, recherche pour son entreprise collaboratrice, dans le domaine du logement social, un.e Assistant(e) Ressources Humaines en contrat d'alternance.
Missions :
Rattaché(e) à l'équipe Ressources Humaines, vous serez chargé(e) de :
Assurer l'administration du personnel (contrats, avenants, dossiers salariés)
Participer au suivi des entrées, sorties et à l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs
Gérer les temps de travail, absences et congés
Participer au suivi des actions liées à la santé, à la sécurité et à la qualité de vie au travail
Contribuer aux projets RH et à la communication interne
Profil :
Nous recherchons un profil titulaire d'un Bac+2 souhaitant préparer un Bac+3 à Bac+5 en Ressources Humaines.
