Job Title: People Solutions Center – Operations & Benefits Specialist (English & German )
Location: Krakow, Poland /4 days a week from the office (Unity Tower)
About the role
As a People Solutions Center Operations & Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR operational support across the employee lifecycle. In this role, you will manage employee inquiries, prepare employment-related documentation, maintain accurate HR records, and support the administration of employee benefits in line with local legal requirements and internal policies.
You will play an important role in ensuring service excellence, data accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency across HR operations. Working closely with employees, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders, you will help provide a seamless employee experience while also supporting reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key requirements
- Manage routine and complex employee inquiries related to the employee lifecycle, employment contracts, and HR data, ensuring timely, accurate, and confidential support
- Route specialized or escalated requests to the appropriate teams or stakeholders
- Draft, prepare, and process employment contracts, addendums, and other HR documentation in line with legal requirements and internal policies
- Coordinate approvals, e-signatures, and document updates in partnership with HR Business Partners and relevant stakeholders
- Maintain and update employee records in Workday and local HR systems, ensuring a high level of data accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Support HR data audits, reporting activities, and the maintenance of procedures and work instructions
- Administer and maintain employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and other benefit offerings
- Support the execution of specialized HR programs and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes, procedures, and reporting capabilities
- Leverage HR data to support workforce metrics, operational insights, efficiency tracking, and cost-related analysis
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in an HR operations environment as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role
- Good knowledge of employment law and HR compliance practices
- Proficiency in Workday and HR case management systems
- Strong understanding of HR data structures, document workflows, and HR administration processes
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive, approachable, and service-minded attitude
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
