Pipefitter Skills & Responsibilities
- Read and interpret pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical schematic drawings
- Read mechanical assembly drawings and bills of material (BOMs)
- Build, thread, and install pipe headers
- Install service stands, lockout valves, and related piping components
- Pipe robotic systems and sealer equipment
- Prepare and assemble valve packs and manifolds
- Route, install, and dress hoses and tubing to customer specifications
- Drill, tap, and ream holes as required for installation
- Perform mechanical assembly and piping modifications during machine builds
- Utilize hand tools, drill presses, grinders, and other fabrication equipment safely and effectively

- Channel Lock Pliers
- 3/8" Drill Motor
- Tape Measure

Demonstrates the ability to work independently, maintain high-quality workmanship, and support machine build, installation, and commissioning activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
