Fusion Growth Partners is seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Quality Control specialist with excellent native English proficiency (both written and spoken). This is a fully remote position for individuals passionate about quality, precision, and creative consistency across a variety of platforms.


Job Details 

As a Quality Control Specialist at Fusion, you will be the final checkpoint before content reaches our clients. You’ll be responsible for proofreading, reviewing, and approving a wide range of materials—including graphic designs, social media content, video files and/or real estate transaction marketing—ensuring they meet Fusion’s high standards. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, strong writing/editing skills, and the ability to work across digital tools and systems.



Key Responsibilities

  • Proofread and review marketing materials across platforms (graphics, social posts, transaction content, etc.)
  • Ensure content accuracy, brand consistency, and overall quality
  • Work within established processes to uphold deadlines and standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure final outputs are error-free
  • Navigate various software platforms and systems to complete QC tasks


Requirements

Required Skills: 

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) 
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
  • Familiarity with design and marketing concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Sheets
  • Proficiency in Outlook and general computer navigation
  • Basic understanding of social media and online content
  • Technological fluency and ability to learn new platforms quickly
