We are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager who can transform financial data into meaningful business insights, support executive decision-making, and build strong relationships with investors.

What You'll Do

• Manage relationships and communications with investors by providing regular business and financial updates.

• Analyze financial statements, business performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.

• Consolidate financial and operational data into clear reports and executive-level presentations.

• Prepare presentation materials for the Executive Team, Board of Directors, and investors.

• Support the company's budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

• Develop financial models to support business planning, investment analysis, and scenario planning.

• Conduct industry research, competitor benchmarking, and market analysis to support strategic initiatives.

• Work closely with senior management to evaluate business performance and recommend improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• 4–6 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Investment Banking, Big Four, Financial Advisory, or other related finance roles.

• Strong foundation in Accounting and Finance is mandatory.

• Proven experience analyzing business performance and translating financial data into strategic business insights.

• Experience preparing executive presentations and communicating findings to senior management or investors.

• Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

• Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation concepts.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to perform well under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing investor communications or supporting fundraising activities.

• Experience in technology, fintech, insurtech, consulting, or high-growth companies.

• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, CA, or FMVA are a plus.
