Job Description
You'll own end-to-end operations of the Málaga store — from warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy to team leadership and customer fulfillment quality. You'll report to the Area Manager and be a key part of a network of high-performing MFCs.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Own and drive operational and delivery KPIs.
Hire & Train: Lead and develop a team of pickers and couriers (around 30 employees), fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
Manage weekly scheduling and staffing to meet demand forecasts while controlling labor costs.
Coordinate with fleet operations to ensure smooth last-mile execution.
Escalate and follow up on facilities, HR, and supply issues with the relevant teams.
Work with a cross-functional team (Operations, Category Management, Health and Safety, Procurement…) to achieve quick and flawless execution.
Lead project implementation analysis and translate it into actionable tasks to ensure continuous improvement.
Report weekly to the Area Manager with data-driven analysis and action plans.
Qualifications
Min of 3 + yr of experience in fast-paced environments (Logistics, operations, Supply, etc.).
Hands-on leadership style with ability to manage large teams and build high-trust.
Strong analytical mindset — comfortable reading KPI dashboards and translating data into action.
You've got good judgment but own up to your mistakes.
You find smart and elegant solutions to complex, multi-disciplinary problems.
You're highly agile and thrive in ambiguous environments.
You are always respectful, kind, and fair. All of your reports speak highly of you as a manager and leader.
You have an ambition that makes some people think you're crazy while inspiring others.
You’re an owner, you have a natural bias for action, are always pushing for things to happen, and are objective and deadline-oriented.
You’ve great communication skills, and ability to engage internal and external stakeholders. English communication is a must.
An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
Spanish required; high-level English strongly preferred.
