⚜️ About You
This role is a great fit if you have:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Tech Lead in a software development environment.
A strong background in system design principles and best practices.
Experience designing scalable architectures, distributed systems, and working with cloud technologies.
Knowledge of common design patterns (MVC, Microservices, Observer, Adapter, Factory, etc.) and best practices for code modularity, maintainability, and extensibility.
A solid understanding of scalability challenges, including caching, load balancing, and vertical/horizontal scaling.
Experience defining and implementing effective testing strategies, ensuring robust unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to maintain software quality and reliability.
Familiarity with security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data protection.
Knowledge of fault-tolerant and resilient system design, including redundancy and disaster recovery strategies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a development team.
Experience with DevOps practices and cloud platforms, understanding how CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring contribute to reliable and scalable systems.
Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and services on major cloud providers (AWS, Azure), including containerization and orchestration technologies.
A strong understanding of SOLID principles.
Consistent application of clean code practices to ensure readability, maintainability, and long-term code quality.
Experience working in agile development environments and understanding agile principles and practices such as Scrum or Kanban to support iterative and collaborative delivery.
Experience working with modern AI technologies, including RAG, LLMs, or voice assistants.

⚜️ What You’ll Be Doing
Manage a multidisciplinary development team (Developers, QAs, Devops, etc.), ensuring best practices and technical growth.
Provide technical guidance and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
Collaborate closely with the development team to assess, prioritize, and plan technical debt.
Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Product Designers to scope work and align technical solutions with business and user needs.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and ensure their appropriate application in projects.
Work on solving complex system design problems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Ensure data consistency, system security, and optimal performance across the platform.
Implement best practices for distributed systems, including message queues, storage models, and inter-service communication.
Project & Stakeholder collaboration, contributing to project planning, estimations, and execution of technical deliverables.
Collaborate closely with product owners and stakeholders to validate that the developed features align with business requirements and user expectations, ensuring successful delivery.
Ensure clear and timely communication of technical updates and project status to stakeholders.
Collaborate with the Solution Architect and development team to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and scalable
Collaborate with QA Leads to define and implement effective testing strategies, ensuring robust unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to maintain software quality and reliability.
Engage in continuous dialogue with team members, fostering a culture of effective communication and constructive feedback.
