The Senior Project Associate will support the overall management of protection programming under the supervision of the Project Manager. They are responsible for liaising with governmental and non-governmental partners to facilitate protection initiatives for vulnerable groups.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with five years of experience, or a high school diploma with seven years of experience. Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory for this role.

Under the overall supervision of the Programme Coordinator in the International Organization for Migration (IOM) Costa Rica, and direct supervision of the Project Manager & Protection Specialist, the Senior Project Associate – Protection will be responsible and accountable for supporting the overall management of protection programming.
