The Oncology RN Navigator provides personalized care coordination and support for patients throughout their cancer treatment journey. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans and connecting patients with necessary internal and community resources.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) and a current Registered Nurse (RN) license. A minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in oncology or a related specialty, is required.
