The Ophthalmic Technician provides direct physician support by performing complex diagnostic imaging and measurements. They are responsible for the daily calibration, maintenance, and operation of ophthalmic equipment to ensure accurate patient diagnosis and treatment planning.
Candidates must hold a diploma in Ophthalmic Technology or an equivalent qualification. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field and professional certification in Ophthalmic Technology are required.
