Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing and coordinating quality control activities within the Nganjuk facility to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise and train QC staff in Nganjuk, ensuring proper execution of quality checks and procedures.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans, policies, and procedures for raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and products to identify non-conformances and areas for improvement.
Analyze quality data, prepare reports, and present findings to management.
Investigate customer complaints and internal quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Liaise with production, R&D, and other departments to ensure quality objectives are met.
Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations, industry standards, and internal specifications.
Manage and maintain QC equipment calibration and maintenance schedules.
Participate in external audits and certifications as required.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Control within the food manufacturing industry, preferably with supervisory experience.
Strong understanding of food safety management systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP).
Proficiency in quality control methodologies and statistical process control.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to be based in Nganjuk.
