Das SKAN Labor ist spezialisiert auf die Herstellung und Testung von Bioindikatoren und ein wichtiger Partner bei Fragen zu mikrobiologischen Qualifikationsverfahren. Als Teil unseres 14-köpfigen SKAN Labors arbeitest du eng mit deinen Kollegen/innen zusammen, um unsere weltweit anerkannten Bioindikatoren zuverlässig zu vertreiben.
Die Rolle verbindet fachliche Kundenbetreuung mit der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse sowie der aktiven Entwicklung bestehender und neuer Kundenbeziehungen. Die Stelle eignet sich für Personen, die gerne strukturiert arbeiten, Verantwortung übernehmen und Freude daran haben, Abläufe zu optimieren sowie als Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden/innen und internen Fachbereichen zu wirken. Dabei geht es nicht um klassischen Vertrieb, sondern um die ganzheitliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des Geschäfts. Du stellst das operative Tagesgeschäft sicher, modernisierst und optimierst die dazugehörigen Prozesse, kümmerst dich um das Onbaording der neuen Kunden/innen und unterstützt bestehende Kunden/innen bei ihren Anliegen.
