Candidates must hold a degree in Mathematics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in digital or ecommerce analytics, along with proficiency in SQL, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools, is required.

Position Summary
Nestlé Nespresso is currently looking for an Ecommerce Data Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making across digital and commerce channels. You will play a key role in analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and supporting personalization initiatives that enhance customer experience and business growth. Experience in data analytics is required, preferably eCommerce or digital marketing tools (eg.: Google Analytics).
A Day in the Life of an Ecommerce Data Analyst
Deliver data analysis and insights on digital plataforms (website & app) and eCommerce channel performance
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and business outcomes
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and tagging compliance
Execute testing strategies (A/B testing) to optimize conversion performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
Support personalization strategies through customer data insights
Identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement
What Will Make You Successful…
Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
3+ years of experience in Digital/Ecommerce analytics
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, BigQuery) and strong knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (eg.: Power BI)
Experience with testing methodologies and performance optimization
Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Knowledge of SEO, data protection, or programming (Python/R) is a plus
Fluent in English
