The OpportunityWe're looking for someone who thinks in systems.
Someone who naturally sees opportunities to automate repetitive work, improve customer journeys, eliminate operational friction, and build scalable business infrastructure.
You'll build sophisticated GoHighLevel solutions including CRM systems, funnels, automations, websites, forms, calendars, opportunity pipelines, email and SMS campaigns, reporting dashboards, AI workflows, and customer lifecycle automations.
This is an AI-first technical role.
You'll be expected to actively use AI throughout planning, development, troubleshooting, documentation, testing, and continuous improvement.

About the RoleAs our GoHighLevel Automation Specialist, you'll design, build, test, deploy, document, and optimize advanced GoHighLevel solutions across multiple brands, products, and business units.
You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, HR, and Executive Leadership to ensure our CRM ecosystem remains scalable, reliable, and continuously improving.
This is an independent role requiring someone who is highly accountable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept through completion.
