Ensures the smooth operation of the production flow and manages shift handovers to maintain continuous production. Responsible for installing molds, commissioning machines, and performing maintenance and repair tracking to resolve malfunctions quickly.
Requires at least 3 years of experience in plastic extrusion and a degree from a vocational high school or college. Candidates must be skilled in mold installation and machine commissioning with a strong focus on quality standards and systematic working principles.

Dikkatli, problem çözme becerisi gelişmiş, düzenli ve sistemli çalışma prensibine sahip,
Plastik ekstrüzyon üretimi konusunda bilgi sahibi,
Üretim aşamasında kalite standartlarına uygun olarak üretilmesini sağlayan ve gerekli kontrollerde bulunan.
