We are looking for a Quality Control to join our SOHI team in Santarém and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

SOHI is the result of a joint venture between MC and Hilton Foods. Operating in Santarém since 2002, we supply fresh pre-packed meat. With a team of more than 650 employees, we ensure daily deliveries to our stores. Committed to safety, well-being, quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement, SOHI processes high-quality beef, pork, and lamb in pre-packed formats.

We count on you to… 

• Ensure compliance with the implemented food safety system;
• Organize and supervise product quality control in Production;
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures;
• Analyze non-conformities and resolve more critical situations;
• Analyze KPIs and implement corrective measures in case of deviations;
• Deliver training and awareness actions in the area of food safety and quality control.

So, bring with you… 

• ledge of HACCP (mandatory) and FSSC 22000 standards (preferred);
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
• Knowledge of the English language;
• Objectivity and impartiality regarding processes, documentation, and operational areas;
• Availability to work shifts from 07:00–16:00 and 16:00–01:00;
• Goal-oriented mindset and strong sense of responsibility;
• Ability to work as part of a team.
