The Lead Cabin Technical Associate is responsible for monitoring and controlling cabin deferred defects while providing technical recommendations for rectification. They also plan and manage maintenance work packages to ensure efficient cabin maintenance operations.
Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, including technical advisory or planning roles. A completed HKCEE/HKDSE or equivalent is required, with proficiency in both English and Chinese.

As a member of high performing Line Maintenance Cabin Management Center (CMC) under HAECO Hong Kong, CMC Cabin Technical Associates are responsible for handling, monitoring, and controlling cabin deferred defects and providing support to airline customer, cabin product OEM representative and other CMC team members for seamless support to cabin maintenance.
