Requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and up to 5 years of experience in the food or process industry. Proficiency in Stage Gate, LEAN, and validation principles is expected, along with fluency in English and Dutch.

In doing so, you will contribute to innovative seed processing technologies that help Enza Zaden build a sustainable future.
Make a difference as Senior Project Manager Engineering
As a Senior Project Manager Engineering, you play a key role in delivering technical investment projects that support the further development of our seed processing facilities. You will work on complex, multidisciplinary projects from business case development through implementation, contributing to efficient, sustainable, and future-ready solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, engineering teams, suppliers, and fellow project professionals while working on innovative machinery solutions, process improvements, and international CAPEX projects.
